Short Definition: A pension scheme mandatory for eligible workers.

Long Definition: Auto-enrolment requires employers to automatically enrol eligible employees into a workplace pension scheme. Contractors working inside IR35 via an umbrella company may be entitled to auto-enrolment pension contributions.
