A fully qualified certified accountant having begun my journey in recruitment back office in 1996 with the Allegis Group UK. I went on to found Eden Group which offering pay and bill back office services as an outsourcer for our temporary and contract recruitment clients, and in my 18 years there I also established their umbrella services and developed the Evertime pay and bill software solution.

I am now bringing that experience to Pay Guardians to ensure full compliance, back office excellence and the highest standards in corporate governance to the team.
